1.open application of netbeans
2.klik project file->new

see picture hereunder:




3.Next
4.make name of project
5.Save which you its situation ******
6.Finish
type syntac hereunder:
System.out.println("hello");

7.right click main.java select to compile file.
8.right click select Run file
