First which you have to stepping into your System register with ;
---> Win+R(Start+Run)
---> Type regedit
---> Enter
--- and point at:

follow comand hereunder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/
Explorer/MyComputer/NameSpace/DelegateFolders

Vanish subkey { 59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee} by button Del.

---> restart computer
