Change name of Recycle Bin

First which you have to stepping into your System register with ;
---> Win+R(Start+Run)
---> Type regedit
---> Enter
--- and point at:

follow comand hereunder:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Double click option ( Value Default) and give new name as wanted Value Data.

--->restart computer
